This is a comprehensive overview class series of “what to expect when giving birth” and is especially designed for the unique needs of those wanting an unmedicated birth whether at home, hospital or a birth center.
Lactation Basics
This class covers everything you need to know to be a successful lactator. Bring questions and your sense of humor. Partners are encouraged to attend.
The New Mommy Mob
New moms group for those expecting, with newborns, and up to those with pre-walkers. This is a place to come for loving support, community and to answer all your feeding and mothering questions.
